Top Job Recruitment is an established business based in Colchester, who specialise recruiting candidates for many exciting business sectors. Top Job  were after some really forward-thinking concepts within recruitment. One of their briefs included video content to assist with recruitment for Bulk Powders, whom are a close-working client for Top Jobs. We were hired to create a training video for new employees at Bulk Powders manufacturing facility; and also a video aimed at inspiring future candidates to give them an enticing sneak peak of the role, the workplace and some great benefits of working for Bulk. The content was needed for use on on Top Job’s social media channels to help market the positions with Bulk Powder to potential candidates.

Increase in applications

Our video content was used on social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram to assist Top Jobs with acquiring new candidates, and our client will continue to roll out the video when new staff are required by Bulk Powders. The videos were great marketing tools to attract more leads to the role and give Top Jobs a greater selection of candidates to put forward to their client.
